1. Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated or installed on a device.
2. Process
To request a refund, contact our 24/7 support team at support@simfare.com with your order details.
3. Non-Refundable
Activated eSIMs and partially used data plans are not eligible for refunds. Technical issues will be resolved through our support team.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
